Which ports do you collect containers from?+
Our core ports are Felixstowe, Southampton, London Gateway and Tilbury, with regular work from Liverpool, Bristol and the ferry ports on request.
What is demurrage and how do you help avoid it?+
Demurrage is the charge a shipping line or terminal applies when a container stays in port beyond its free time. We track free-time deadlines and prioritise collections to beat them.
How much notice do you need?+
For pallets, same-day booking usually works for next-day collection. For containers, send details as soon as the vessel ETA is known so we can secure a terminal slot.
Can you deliver to sites without a loading dock?+
Yes — we offer side-lifter trailers for containers and tail-lift vehicles for pallets.
Is my freight insured?+
All movements are carried under standard road haulage conditions of carriage. Higher-value cover can be arranged on request.
Do you move freight into Europe?+
Yes. We arrange full and part loads between the UK and mainland Europe, working with your customs agent on export and import declarations.
Can you store goods between shipments?+
Our warehousing service offers flexible per-pallet storage, devanning and pick-and-pack.
